Currently, the Company is leveraging ERP so as to be part of a virtual market place effectively partnering with all the external entities of the organization. While the Company provides Shared SAP Services to other Companies in the Group, it is actively engaged in looking at process outsourcing options to improve the 'teeth to tail' ratio. Further, consolidation of IT resources is an area that it is constantly working towards, for effective management of IT resources and to bring in economies of scale in its operations. Realizing that good decision making is essential in an empowered organization and there is always scope for its improvement, IT is actively engaged in providing relevant tools and training users in the same.
